OUR TEAM

Ann Sargent
Creative Principal
Ann has led four successful design firms in the residential, retail and hospitality sector. Her design commissions span from Canada to Virginia and include the outposts of Nevis and Alaska. Throughout her career she has completed commissions with Sargent Design Company and in 2012 joined as a principal designer. Ann holds a BA from Boston University and is an alumnus of Executive Education from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. In Ann's spare time, she can be found tending to her raised vegetable gardens, riding her horse, as well as cooking and hosting friends and family.
David Sargent
Creative Principal and Founder
David began his career leading graphic design and branding teams in Boston and NYC but his heart was always in the built environment and he landscape it sits in. He has been practicing architectural design since moving to Vermont in 1989. His projects range from small outbuildings and follies to large scale estates. Each project shows appreciation for light, flow and a great attention to detail. David holds a B.A. from Connecticut College, and a M.S. in Communications Design from Pratt Institute. In David's spare time, he can be found working on gardens, trails, out buildings, and riding horses.

Anna Boziwick
Production and Operations Manager
Having grown up in Brooklyn, Anna, now a long time resident of Vermont, brings a wide breadth of life experience to the team. ​Anna holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an M. ED from Arizona State University. She spent 10 years working as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Consultant and Program Manager collaborating with schools, families, and other stakeholders to provide streamlined services to students. Now she brings that expertise to keeping projects running smoothly. She has a deep understanding of problem-solving and works to ensure every detail behind the scenes supports the studio’s creative vision. After years spent working in other industries, she has found her footing bringing her love and interest in design and her acute attention to detail to the fore in her role as Production and Operations Manager. Outside of the studio she is an avid snowboarder, dirt bike enthusiast and amateur photographer.

Megan Landis
Senior Designer
Megan, a graduate of the local Woodstock Union High School, received her BS in Architecture from Roger Williams University and her MA in Interior Design from Pratt Institute. She went on to work for the global architecture and design firm, Gensler, in NYC. While there, her team designed corporate offices for many retail brands including; the headquarters for the L’Oréal suite of brands, Estée Lauder Innovation Department’s office, as well as the NYC campus for Boston Consulting Group. Megan expanded her design reach into luxury residential design and joined the stellar team at Taste in Middletown Rhode Island in 2019. There she led project teams and was involved in all aspects of interior and exterior architectural design and decoration. Megan joined Sargent Design Company in 2022 in her role as Senior Designer. Bringing strong project management skills and a taste for expanding client, vendor and trade relationships. In her time away from the office she can be found treking up local mountains with her three kids and husband.

Miccal McMullan
Building and Interior Architectural Designer
Miccal began his career in Boston at the age of 15, interning with the award-winning firm of Wallace Floyd Associates. While there, he worked on large planning and design projects, such as the Epcot
Center and South Station (Boston). This exposure is the foundation for a passion towards collaboration and design. His work spans across multiple sectors from five-star resorts in Jackson, WY and Stowe, VT to luxury residential projects throughout the east coast. Miccal earned a Bachelor of Architecture from
Norwich University.
